Sibylle Linnebo has more than 10 years experience in marketing and sales within the pharmaceutical industry, finally as Head of Sales in a subsidiary of an international research based pharmaceutical business group. In 1998 she changed position and became Managing Partner in human resources consulting. In autumn 2006, together with Axel Kleen, she founded Kleen Linnebo & Partner Unternehmensberatung.
Doris Ehrmann is a graduate biologist with a focus on process engineering and has more than 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry. She has worked in the fields of research and development, quality control, production, sales and marketing, most recently in management and executive positions. In 2015, Ms. Ehrmann moved into the recruitment industry as founder and managing partner of CONSIGEN GmbH, a company focusing on the life sciences industry. From September 2020, Ms Ehrmann is now a partner at Kleen Linnebo & Partner Unternehmensberatung in the field of direct search. Ms Ehrmann is also a certified Business Coach (ECA) and supports candidates as well as managers from the companies in their professional development. Ms Ehrmann spends her free time with botany, dancing and climbing.
Reiner Heineck is a graduate economist and systemic coach with a focus on corporate and organizational development and personnel management. He brings more than 25 years of experience in management positions in the life science business, the chemical industry, the food trade, the further education industry and the management consulting business. Mr. Heineck successfully supports national and international companies in finding suitable candidates for key positions as well as in process improvement and internal communication. He supports candidates in their professional and personal development and accompanies them in a goal-oriented manner. In his free time, Mr. Heineck enjoys the beauty of life in nature and culture with his family and friends.
Martin Hoeveler has more than 20 years of experience in R&D and manufacturing of basic and specialty chemicals with main focus on process engineering and quality management. He is educated in chemistry and completed his Ph. D. work at RWTH Aachen. In 2013 he started to work as consultant in process optimization. Martin Hoeveler spends his leisure time on outdoor activities. Hiking is his preferred sport for recreating and developing new ideas to cope with upcoming challenges and projects.
Axel Kleen

Axel Kleen started Kleen Linnebo & Partner Unternehmensberatung together with Sibylle Linnebo after many years of national and international management activity in the pharmaceutical industry. After more than 20 years of successful cooperation based on partnership, he decided to retire from the active consulting business in order to have more time for his family, musical and sports hobbies in his retirement. Sibylle Linnebo will continue to manage the company in best agreement.
Clemens Linnebo successfully completed his Bachelor in Business Administration at EBS University in Oestrich-Winkel in spring 2021. After completing an internship at KLP, he joined the team as a working student. Mr. Linnebo supports us in current projects and takes care of the data entry into our system.
As owner of an advertising agency Mr. Christos Papadopoulos supports us with his digital know-how.
