Sibylle Linnebo has more than 10 years experience in marketing and sales within the pharmaceutical industry, finally as Head of Sales in a subsidiary of an international research based pharmaceutical business group. In 1998 she changed position and became Managing Partner in human resources consulting. In autumn 2006, together with Axel Kleen, she founded Kleen Linnebo & Partner Unternehmensberatung.
Axel Kleen has more than 17 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As Head of Global Human Resources of Schwarz Pharma AG, a German company listed in the MDAX, he was responsible for all HR-matters at the company headquarters as well as in subsidiaries in Europe and the USA. In 1998 Mr. Kleen became Managing Partner in human resources consulting. In autumn 2006, together with Sibylle Linnebo, he founded Kleen Linnebo & Partner Unternehmensberatung. Mr. Kleen is a passionate swimmer and skier. He plays guitar and piano and together with his band occasionally appears in public to support regional charity organizations.
Dr. Johannes Wankum
Dr. Johannes Wankum has comprehensive expertise as Head of Human Resources in the German affiliate of an internationally active pharmaceutical business group. In addition to HR counseling he supports businesses in remodeling and optimizing their personnel sector and other personnel-related aspects. Beyond that he is actively engaged in INIFA (www.inifa.de), an initiative that supports medium-sized companies to address skilled labor shortages. As certified business coach he advises executives and candidates on vocational questions and challenges. He holds seminars for the successful start in the industry for scientific staff at the RWTH Aachen. Dr. Wankum studied social sciences and obtained his doctorate at the RWTH Aachen. In his leisure time he actively plays football and is an enthusiastic sailor.
Michael Kranz is specialized in healthcare-companies and looks back on a long term expertise as Human Resources Manager with a focus on marketing/sales and manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry. By his experience as Head of Human Resources of the manufacturing company of an international pharmaceutical enterprise he knows exactly what kind of managers and academic specialists his customers need. His guiding principle: “We are working with people for people. Compact recruiting processes with precisely coordinated timelines in tight and difficult labour markets ensure recruiting success for our customers.“ Michael Kranz studied business economics and is a certified business coach (Cologne University). In his leisure time he goes sailing and skiing.
Petra Birker has a commercial background and speaks three foreign languages (English, French and Spanish). She worked several years in hotels and the tourist industry at home and abroad, where she held senior positions with responsibility. Since early 2015 Mrs. Birker contributes her experience in research, office and application management to KLP.
Dr. Martin Hoeveler
Martin Hoeveler has more than 20 years of experience in R&D and manufacturing of basic and specialty chemicals with main focus on process engineering and quality management. He is educated in chemistry and completed his Ph. D. work at RWTH Aachen. In 2013 he started to work as consultant in process optimization. Martin Hoeveler spends his leisure time on outdoor activities. Hiking is his preferred sport for recreating and developing new ideas to cope with upcoming challenges and projects.
